Historical house dating back to the 18th century, ideal place for holidays, situated in the countryside of Ascoli Piceno, where the local aristocracy spent their vacations in complete rest and relax. Today it is still so: the atmosphere of the past combines with the elegant, refined personality of the owners. The holiday farmhouse produces certified organic products including extra virgin olive oil, red wine, “cooked wine”, jam with melon and  cinnamon, apricot, cherry, pear and cinnamon, plum and apple and preserves like creamed and pickled vegetables and, all in full respect of the rhythm of nature and its seasons.

It has 6 rooms, 1 Junior Suite, 3 Superior rooms, with 18th century frescoed ceilings, and 2 Classic rooms, some of them connecting, each one with its own style and unique features: original furniture, wrought iron beds and great attention for details; free Wi-Fi, TV, private bathroom with shower and hairdryer.

Other facilities: restaurant with regional cuisine, particularly of the Piceno area, enriched by local and ancient wine cellar of local wines. An outdoor swimming pool, elegant reading rooms with frescoes, ancient winecellar, a small chapel, paths that are ideal for walking (hiking and climbing) and meditation. Free parking for guests. Activities include cooking classes, visits to the vineyards and tasting of extra virgin olive-oil, pottery classes, yoga and photography. Possibility to organize team-building activities for small groups and ceremonies (weddings).
