This B&B is located on the hills of olive-groves just at 8 km outside Pesaro and offers wonderful views sweeping over San Marino, Montefiore, Gradara, Carpegna and Vettore mountains, Jesi area and down to the sea.

Built in 1851, and completely restored, this bright and quiet historical house is surrounded by the greenery of 270 olive trees and is located in a strategic position near many places of historic and cultural interest (the villages of Candelara, Novilara, Gradara, Urbino, Acqualagna, San Bartolo and Gola del Furlo natural parks).

The 6 bedrooms, all on the first floor, are spacious and tastefully furnished: wooden floors, soft pastels, spacious bathrooms with shower and hairdryer.

Indoor facilities: breakfast room, lounge with fireplace, reading room, Wi-Fi. Outdoors: wonderful garden, swimming-pool with deck chairs and pool umbrellas, lined with 600 blue rosemary and rose bushes; private fishing lake, natural grass pitch for football and volleyball and bowling green. An area for relaxing with tables and sun umbrellas. Private indoor parking. The house is part of an organic and educational family-run farm. Possibility to dine or take out seasonal farm products (upon request and to be arranged on-site).
